This week in school we will be celebrating the importance of mental health, ways of looking after ourselves and each other. How about completing some of the activities below with your children?

Arsylwi ar y Cymymlau / Observing the clouds
Sut ? – Gorweddwch i lawr gyda’ch plentyn/plant ac edrychwch fyny i’r cymylau.
Gofynnwch – Pa fath o siapau allwch chi weld? Sut mae’r gwynt y neu newid? Wyt ti’n gweld yr un peth a fi?
Pam ? – Mae’r gweithgaredd hwn yn helpu eich plentyn i ddatblygu sgiliau dychmygu ac arsylwi.
How ? – Lie down on a blanket and look up to the clouds in the sky.
Ask – What shapes do you see ? How do the shapes change as they move in the wind?
Why ? – Helps your child’s observational skills and helps to develop imaginative thinking.
