FREE Girls’ Basketball Camps Across Wales This October Half-Term
Try something new, develop your skills and enjoy basketball with Cardiff Met Archers — completely FREE!
Basketball Wales is teaming up with Cardiff Met Archers to bring four FREE girls’ basketball camps to Llanelli, Brecon, Wrexham and Cardiff this October half-term.
The camps are open to girls in school years 5–11, welcoming all abilities — from complete beginners trying basketball for the first time to players already involved with a local club. No previous basketball experience is needed.
Delivered by Cardiff Met Archers coaches, players and staff in partnership with Basketball Wales, the camps offer a fantastic opportunity to get active, meet other girls and learn from inspiring female players.
Your First Shot — or Your Next Step
Always wanted to give basketball a go? This is your chance! You do not need to know the rules or have played before to join in.
For girls already involved in basketball, the camps are also a great opportunity to practise your skills, learn from the Archers team and enjoy time on court during the school holidays.
From complete beginners to local club players, everyone is welcome — and every camp is FREE to attend.
